Grow Wabash Adds Investor Services/Events Project Manager

WABASH COUNTY — Grow Wabash County has announced changes to its organizational team.
Jana Thibos has joined the group as its new project manager for investor services and events.
“I am thrilled to join the Grow Wabash County team as their investor services and event project manager,” Thibos said. “I am so thankful for everything and everyone who has prepared me for this role. Wabash County has so much to offer, and I am excited to be a part of it. There are big things to come.”
Prior to joining Grow Wabash County, Thibos has established a network in Wabash County. Her previous roles include the director of marketing and special projects for the Wabash County YMCA and hospitality sales and event supervisor for the Honeywell Foundation. She graduated from the Leadership Development Wabash County program in 2020 and serves on various boards and committees, including the Young Professionals of Wabash County steering committee, Wabash Kiwanis Club and Wabash County Habitat for Humanity.
Thibos is also a 2018 graduate of Manchester University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business management and professional sales.

In the project management role, Thibos will be dedicated to fostering relationships with current and future investors while delivering events and programs to add value to the business community.
Chelsea Parson, who has worked for Grow Wabash County since October 2019, will step into the role as project manager for marketing and development. In this role, Parson will focus on attracting, retaining and expanding businesses while enhancing the workforce along with highlighting and connecting the county through marketing efforts.
