KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Three areas will be closed today, Thursday, Dec. 21, due to the NIPSCO pole replacement project.

Closures are:

• Blaine Street from Effie Mae to Washington Street, North Webster.
• CR 100E from CR 350 North to Deer Run.
• CR 450N from CR 175E to CR 250E.
