Richard W. Hudkins 98, died the afternoon of Dec. 23, 2023.

He was born Aug. 18, 1925.

On Nov. 20, 1948, he married Lillian L. Mahler. She passed away on Aug. 7, 2001.

Survivors include his daughter Jane Schuldberg of Newport, N.C.; brother Virgil Hudkins (Sue) of Rochester; companion Jean Simpson of Rochester and her daughters Judy Swank and Priscilla Ballee; four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, is in charge of arrangements.
