WARSAW — The Kosciusko Board of Realtors inducted it KBOR/MLS Board of Directors at its general business meeting on Jan. 17,at the Owl’s Nest, North Webster.
President Fred Steffen, Steffen Realty, will lead the 2024 KBOR/MLS Board of Directors while Scott Gingerich, The Gingerich Group was inducted as 2024 vice president. Kami Johnson, Foundations Real Estate Group, will serve as 2024 MLS president.
KBOR was granted its charter in 1948 by the National Association of Realtors; last year celebrating their 75th Anniversary. In 1948 the Kosciusko Board of Realtors began as the Warsaw Board of Realtors with 8 members.
Today KBOR has 189 realtor members and are proud members of the 18,000 Indiana Association of Realtors and the 1.5 million National Association of Realtors making the National Association America’s largest trade association. KBOR’s realtor members have been devoted to furthering the interests of home ownership and are involved in virtually all aspects related to the sale and purchase of real property. Each KBOR realtor member strives to become a standard bearer for ethical service in real estate and to give back to their communities through their charitable work.
