WARSAW — As the ice starts to melt, road conditions in northern Indiana are improving.
Kosciusko, Marshall, and Wabash Counties, which were under Travel Watches during the morning hours of Jan. 23, are now under Travel Advisories. An advisory is the lowest level of local travel advisory. Routine travel or activities may be restricted in some areas.
However, Fulton County is now under a Travel Watch. During a watch, only essential travel, such as to and from work or in emergency situations, is recommended.
