Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 11:05 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, North SR 25 and East CR 500N, Rochester. Two callers reported a man was walking down the middle of the road wearing a backpack, with his arms spread out. An officer gave the man a courtesy ride to a house in the 300 block West Eighth Street, Rochester.
• 9:17 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, 100 block Northgate Circle, Rochester. Police responded to a call of a domestic fight.
• 8:27 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, North US 31 and East Olson Road, Rochester. A caller reported a Nissan SUV driving recklessly. The driver was given a warning.
• 7:13 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, 400 block North SR 25, Rochester. A woman reported she believed she hit a dog.
• 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, Sweetgum Road and South US 31, Rochester. A caller reported two people were talking in the middle of Sweetgum Road, making obscene gestures and refusing to move from the roadway. An officer advised the subjects to stay out of the road.
• 5:49 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, 900 block Madison Street, Kewanna. A caller reported suspicious activity at a vacant vehicle. An officer spoke to the two subjects who said they were allowed to be there. Both subjects agreed to leave.
• 3:50 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, 200 block West Dunn Street, Fulton. A car was reported to be on fire in a drive by a house.
• 1:54 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, 800 block Main Street, Rochester. Police were called to the Fulton County Courthouse where a group was flying a drone through town. The subjects were advised not to fly the drone there.
