Filing Ends For Fulton County 2024 Primary Election

ROCHESTER — Filing has ended for the 2024 primary election in Fulton County, which will be Tuesday, May 7.
There will be two main contested races for it: Fulton County Council at-large and Fulton County auditor.
Four candidates have filed as Republicans for the three open council seats: Barry Baldwin, Patricia Geier, Matthew Finke and Steve Fishburn.
Two Republicans have filed for auditor: Lorie Hurst and Kathy Adamson.
A list of candidates who have filed for other positions is below. All are Republicans.

- Tami Powell, precinct 16 committeeman.
- Carrie Ranstead, state delegate.
- Richard Ranstead, state delegate and county commissioner district 3.
- LeeAnn Eizinger, state delegate.
- Jennifer Utter, treasurer.
- Kathy Adamson, precinct 8 committeeman.
- Michael Canada, state delegate and precinct 10 committeeman.
- David Sommers, state delegate and county commissioner district 1.
- Chad Hartzler, precinct 11 committeeman.
- Stephenia Barkman, precinct 6 committeeman.
- Brian Fitzwater, state delegate and precinct 3 committeeman.
- Stephen Sanders, precinct 4 committeeman.
- Thomas Butler Jr., precinct 2 committeeman.
- Ron Woodruff, precinct 12 committeeman.
- Barry Baldwin, precinct 13 committeeman.
