Elkhart County

Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 2:57 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, CR 36 and CR 37, Goshen. Drivers: Ivan Fry, 83, Middlebury; and Ricardo Rodriguez, 58, Ligonier. Fry’s vehicle failed to yield at an intersection and collided with Rodriguez’s vehicle. Fry’s passenger was transported to Goshen General Hospital for for non-life threatening injuries. Rodriguez’s passengers were transported to Elkhart General Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 8:03 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, East SR 114 and South CR 1600E, Akron. Driver: Adalynn G. Dunnuck, 16, Akron. Dunnuck’s vehicle rolled.
• 3:23 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, 1500 block South SR 19, Akron. Driver: Raymond D. Calvert, 52, Akron. Calvert’s vehicle was struck by a tire that rolled off a large truck.
• 2:24 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, 6000 block West CR 175S, Kewanna. Driver: Doug A. Luhnow, Kewanna. Luhnow’s semitrailer backed into an electrical pole.
