Free A1C, Blood Pressure Screens At Warsaw YMCA March 8

WARSAW — The Kosciusko Community YMCA in Warsaw will be offering free A1C and blood pressure screenings Friday, March 8.
The screenings will take place from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Parkview Warsaw Branch, 1305 Mariners Drive, Warsaw.
Through a federal grant, the Y is able to provide the free A1C screenings to detect prediabetes. No fasting is required. While you get your A1C screening, you can also receive a free blood pressure reading led by the YMCA staff and learn how the YMCA’s Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program can help you manage and/or reduce your blood pressure.

At the Y’s North Webster branch, 301 N. Main St., North Webster, free blood pressure readings will be offered.
