Goshen Theater Names New Program Director
News Release
GOSHEN — Goshen Theater has named Adrienne Nesbitt as program director.
Nesbitt is an experienced program, event and marketing professional, according to a news release, and has been working in the Goshen area for more than 15 years.
Nesbitt’s previous experience includes work as director of events for Eyedart, independent event consultant, artistic director of Art House, director of First Fridays, founder and director of arts on the Millrace, founder and board president of Goshen Pride, Goshen Arts Council coordinator, and Goshen Theater manager from 2016-2018.
“We were fortunate Adrienne was able to step in as interim program director right after the previous person, Robert Tombari, stepped down in December of last year,” said Susan Visser, executive director of Goshen Theater. “She has done an excellent job in the interim position, carrying on business without a pause or bump in operations. We are confident she will continue to shine in this role, bringing new ideas and energy going forward.”
There will be a reception to welcome Nesbitt from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, in the Goshen Theater lobby. The Goshen Theater board and staff members welcome friends, partners and the public to stop by to wish Nesbitt well in her new position.
