Clunette United Methodist Church Announces Easter Season Plans

CLUNETTE — Clunette United Methodist Church invites everyone to join the congregation for Palm/Passion Sunday as well as Holy Week and Easter.
On Sunday, March 24, Pastor Mike Beezley will look at the witnesses of Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem in his message “The Others” to mark the beginning of Holy Week.
Clunette UMC will then host an Easter party and egg hunt for children of all ages from 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 27.
The next night, March 28, church members will take part in a Maundy Thursday Service at 7 p.m. at Warsaw First United Methodist Church.
Then on March 29, they will gather at Claypool United Methodist Church to take part in their Good Friday service at 7 p.m.
The following Sunday, March 31, is Easter, and Clunette United Methodist Church invites all to join them for the celebration of the Resurrection. There will be a short Sunrise Service of Light with Holy Communion at 7:30 a.m., then a carry-in potluck Easter breakfast at 8 a.m., followed by Easter worship services at 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
