Downtown Goshen To Host Well-Crafted Arts Tour, April 5

GOSHEN — Downtown Goshen First Fridays will be hosting its annual Arts Tour 5-8 p.m. Friday, April 5. During the Arts Tour, local artists display and sell artwork in downtown businesses and restaurants. Attendees can tour various art displays and walk away with a special art piece to call your own.
Children can explore free makers activities throughout the night or tour the elementary art exhibit – a collection of pieces made by other young people. Downtown businesses will host a variety of artists, but will also be open for regular dining and shopping.

- ADEC: featuring art produced and created by the clients of ADEC (various mediums).
- Art House: featuring the work of multi-media artist Dorothy Jean Carter.
- Cressy & Everett: hosting digital illustrator Emma Brooks and painter Phillip Kennedy.
- Electric Brew: featuring Kayci Detweiler and her metalwork jewelry.
- Fables Books: featuring the work of painter Mark Daniels.
- Found: featuring the work of the Graber family (various mediums).
- Golden Thread Tattoo Parlor: hosting multi-media artist Hannah Minix.
- Goshen Brewing Company: grab a beer and enjoy the ceramic work of Nathan Pauls and Sadie Misiuk.
- Goshen Farmers Market: featuring work produced and created by the students of Goshen College (various mediums).
- Goshen Historical Society: featuring the work of woodworker Steve Hrynewycz.
- Goshen Printmakers Guild: displaying the printmaking work of guild members.
- Goshen Theater: The Goshen Theater Visual Arts Series features the works of South Bend painter David Allen.
- The Green Bee: featuring the work of multi-media artist Naila Suleiman.
- The Hawks: featuring the multi-media work of residents at The Hawks.
- The Hive of Light: featuring paintings by Josh Cooper.
- I M SHE: featuring the woodwork of Joe Yoder and multi-media art of Christian Lugo of Joelochris Art.
- Inn on South Fifth: featuring the painted work of Kimberley Lichty.
- Maple City Market: featuring the work of painter Melani Redding.
- The Nut Shoppe: featuring the ceramic work of Jessie Swihart and an array of sweet treats.
- The Painted Finch: featuring the work of painter Kathy Stiffney and Goshen Painters Guild members.
- The Post Youth Center: displaying multi-media work created by students who attend the center.
- The Photographers Guild: featuring the work of guild members.
- Shirley’s Popcorn: featuring the Goshen Community Schools Student Showcase.
- Soapy Gnome: featuring ceramic work by Melanie Helmuth.
- The Table @ 108: hosting painter Thomas Zuber.
