Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
- 5:21 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Drivers: Lucy E. Kaufman, 78, North CR 750W, Etna Green; and Dennis W. Jameson, 69, North Pacifica Park Lane, Yellville, Ark. Kaufman hit Jameson’s vehicle as he was traveling through a parking row. Damage up to $5,000.
- 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 700 W. 300N, Warsaw. Drivers: Tracey L. Flannery, 58, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw; and Camarah M. Kimble, 16, Levi Lee Road Lot 179, Warsaw. Flannery proceeded into an intersection without stopping, hitting Kimble’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
- 6:55 a.m. Thursday, April 4, Frontage Road, at the intersection of Access Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Matthew L. Brown, 39, Prosperity Drive, Warsaw; and Claud W. Newcomb, 42, North CR 600E, Urbana. Brown stopped at the Frontage Road and Access Road intersection, and was attempting to turn left onto Frontage Road when he hit Newcomb’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
- 5:23 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, East Old Road 30, at the intersection of Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Margo E. Ames, 82, Freedom Parkway, Winona Lake; and Jonathan V. Borton, 35, East CR 175N, Warsaw. Ames was attempting to turn right onto East Old Road 30 when she hit Borton’s vehicle. Borton was attempting to turn left onto Kosciusko Drive. Damage up to $5,000.
- 9:59 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, East US 30, at the intersection of East CR 200N, Warsaw. Drivers: Connor C. MacDonald, 31, Main Street, Grabill; and Gerardo G. Ahualt, 20, East CR 200N Lot 214, Warsaw. MacDonald was attempting to change lanes of travel on US 30 to allow an oversized load ahead when he hit Ahualt’s vehicle. Ahualt left the scene and it was discovered he had a suspended license status. Damage up to $25,000.
- 9:48 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, East US 30, at the intersection of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Bahley J. Davis, 24, South Main Street, Bourbon; and Gary L. Suffridge, 57, East CR 200S, Marion. Davis was attempting to make a U-turn to travel west on US 30 when he entered Suffridge’s path of travel. Suffridge was traveling west on US 30 and the collision resulted in Davis’ vehicle being pushed off the roadway and onto the shoulder. Damage up to $50,000.
