Teresa K. (Crace) Smith, 63, Wabash, died at 1:52 a.m. Sunday, April 7, 2024, at Parkview Huntington Hospital, Huntington.

She was born May 12, 1960. On Dec. 24, 1980, she married Douglas Smith, who survives.

She also is survived by two sons, Shane (Tiffany) Smith, Wabash, and Ryan (Maranda) Smith, Peru; three brothers, Kenneth Crace, Darvin (Jenny) Crace and Jason Crace, all of Wabash; two sisters, Caity Crace and Pamela (Dave) McKnight, both of Wabash; and four grandchildren.
