Nelson Cox, 76, Rochester, died at 4 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at home.

He was born March 18, 1948. On Jan. 18, 1944, he married Gloria Jo Floyd, who survives.

He also is survived by three daughters, Shannon (Rob) Yochum, Winslow, Ark., Wendy Goodman, Rochester, and Bobbie Jo Stewart, Etna Green; two sons, Nelson Cox Jr., Rochester, and Jason Ray Goodman, Lafayette; 12 grandchildren; a sister, Darlene Boyd, Evansville; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and a nephew.

Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, is handling arrangements.
