Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
- 6:14 a.m. Thursday, April 11, East Center Street, at the intersection of South Johnson Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Emily R. Ziegler, 23, West SR 16, Roann; and Bonnie L. Flannery, 62, West Rowland Lane, Silver Lake. Ziegler’s vehicle rear-ended Flannery’s. Flannery complained of neck pan and was taken to Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital for further evaluation. Damage up to $5,000.
- 4:01 a.m. Thursday, April 11, US 30, at the intersection of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Rumen I. Stoimenov, 60, North Sheridan Road, Chicago, Ill.; and Keith E. Young, 58, South SR 25, Warsaw. Young was traveling across the US 30 and North Parker Street intersection at a green light when his vehicle was hit by Stoimenov’s. Damage up to $5,000.
- 2:36 a.m. Thursday, April 11, South SR 15, at the intersection of Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Haskel Howard Jr., 51, South Terrance Road, Claypool. Howard’s vehicle traveled left of the center line, leaving the roadway and hitting a utility pole. Howard complained of face, neck, and shoulder pain. Damage up to $25,000.
- 8:13 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, US 30, at the intersection of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Aaron T. Gurich, 55, East Empire Avenue, Benton Harbor, Mich.; and Amah Dalmeida, 47, J Street Southwest Apartment 1901, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Gurich’s vehicle rear-ended Dalmeida’s. Dalmeida complained of neck pain and was seen by medics at the scene. Both vehicles involved were semis. Damage up to $100,000.
- 2:55 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, North Detroit Street, at the intersection of Enterprise Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Trenton M. Seibold, 23, Raintree Road, Warsaw; and Joshua Patton, 38, West Center Street, Warsaw. Seibold was attempting to turn to travel north on North SR 15 when he entered Patton’s path of travel. Damage up to $10,000.
- 2:52 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, 1400 E. Smith St., Warsaw. Driver: Lance E. Grubbs, 69, East Market Street, Warsaw. Grubbs was completing a right turn in between two buildings when the driver’s side mirror on his vehicle hit an exposed wooden support post and yellow cement post. Damage up to $10,000.
- 2:06 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, Husky Trail, south of North Pointe Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Laura A. Weller, 64, West SR 14, Silver Lake. A retractable awning sticking out on Weller’s vehicle hit a cast iron street light, breaking the post at ground level. Damage up to $25,000.
- 10:08 a.m. Tuesday, April 9, 1690 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Delanie C. Campbell, 26, Hilltop Court, Wabash; and Chasity N. Meadows, 41, East Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw. Campbell was turning from a private drive to enter a parking lot when she hit Meadows’ vehicle. Campbell was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne for injuries to her elbow and lower arm area. Meadows complained of back pain but refused treatment at the scene. Damage up to $10,000.
- 9:52 p.m. Monday, April 8, US 30, Warsaw. Driver: Mycol Jerry, 35, Vandeveer Street, Warsaw. Jerry attempted to travel west in the eastbound lanes of US 30 and was backing his vehicle to turn around when he hit a concrete barrier. Damage up to $5,000.
- 9:30 a.m. Monday, April 8, 1150 Husky Trail, Warsaw. Drivers: Kira J. Fisher, 26, Collins Drive, Warsaw; and unknown. Fisher was attempting to park her vehicle when she hit a parked, unoccupied vehicle, whose driver could not be located. Damage up to $5,000.
- 8:40 a.m. Monday, April 8, 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Macy E. Moore, 17, East Main Street, Warsaw. Moore was attempting to park her vehicle when she hit a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
- 12:10 p.m. Friday, April 5, 819 SR 15, Warsaw. Driver: unknown. A parked, unoccupied vehicle owned by Vanessa A. Flannery, North Webster, was hit by an unknown driver. Damage up to $2,500.
Fulton County
Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:
- 6:41 a.m. Friday, April 12, 13000 block East SR 114, Akron. Driver: Aaron M. Emery, 36, Claypool. Emery’s vehicle hit a deer.
