• 8:14 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 7700 block South SR 25, Fulton. A caller reported a civil complaint.
• 6:20 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 400 block Westwood Lane, Rochester. A caller reported an animal complaint.
• 5:27 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, North Old US 31 and East CR 700N, Rochester. A caller reported a driver left the scene of the accident following a vehicle versus bicyclist accident.
