Altrusa International Club of Warsaw Announce Fundraiser To Support Summer Service Project
News Release
WARSAW — Altrusa International Club of Warsaw is kicking off a new service project this summer. The club will be placing Little Library Boxes in the mobile home parks in our community. These boxes will be supplied with books for children to borrow and read. Parents may also borrow books to read to their little ones.
In order to support this project, Altrusa is partnering with Papa Vino’s in Warsaw in a Papa’s Partners fundraiser. Anyone who dines in or orders take-out anytime Monday, April 29 through Thursday, May 2, can help. Show a printed copy (or image on a phone) of our fundraiser voucher to the server and a percentage of the purchase amount will go to Altrusa-Warsaw for this worthy cause.
Altrusa members appreciate all the support from the community for all of our many service projects. The club also thanks Papa Vino’s for helping us kick off this new Little Library project.
Altrusa Club of Warsaw is part of an international organization helping to build better communities through service. The next meeting will be held at noon, Thursday, May 2, at noon, at KREMC. Anyone is welcome to attend and get to know more about the club. Contact the club by emailing [email protected] or “like” the club on facebook, Altrusa-Warsaw, IN.
