• 10:52 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, 4600 block Fort Wayne Road, Rochester. A caller reported an animal complaint.
• 8:45 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, 9600 block South SR 25, Rochester. A caller reported an animal complaint.
• 9:09 p.m. Monday, April 29, 1100 Park Road, Rochester. A caller reported lost property.
• 12:12 p.m. Monday, April 29, South SR 25 and CR 700S, Rochester. A caller reported a reckless driver.
• 10:09 a.m. Monday, April 29, 300 block East Park Street, Kewanna. A caller reported an animal complaint.

Goshen

Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 1:18 p.m. Monday, April 29, 1900 block Lincolnway E., Goshen. Ryan P. Miller, 35, Nappanee, reported the theft of a license plate.
