Jerry Lee Chitick, 65, Somerset, died at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at home.

He was born Sept. 18, 1958.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Donald (Debi) Chittick, Somerset; daughters, Jennifer (Aaron) Driscoll, Round Lake, Ill., and Jami (Scott) Gatchel, Lagro; son, Jeramie (Emma) Chittick, Lago Vista, Texas; five grandchildren; brothers, Brett Chittick and Craig (Rhonda) Chittick, both of Wabash, and Darren (Frank Dennis) Chittick, Indianapolis; sisters, Victoria Gillem, Kokomo, and Lisa Mechelle (Del) Castro, Huntington; and several nieces and nephews.

Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash, is handling arrangements.
