Warsaw Man Arrested For Allegedly Driving Under The Influence

WARSAW — A Warsaw man was arrested after allegedly driving under the influence.
Otmar E. Miller, 36, 549 E. Market St., Warsaw, is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a class C misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or more with a prior conviction, a level 6 felony.
Around 3 a.m. April 28, a Warsaw Police officer was patrolling when he noticed a vehicle traveling without any activated lights. The officer pulled the vehicle over and identified its driver as Miller.
According to court documents, Miller was exhibiting physical signs of intoxication and failed two field sobriety tests. He tested 0.13% BrAC on a portable breath test. Certified chemical test results are pending.
Miller was previously convicted of OWI in Kosciusko County in June 2023.
Miller has already been arrested and released on his own recognizance.
