Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 2:13 p.m. Sunday, May 26, 20000 block CR 142, Goshen. Joseph Kleinknight, 68, reported the theft of two Goodyear tires from a vehicle.
• 3:21 p.m. Thursday, May 23, a representative for Work Release reported Daniel Johnson, 37, Warsaw, failed to return to lawful custody.

• 3:11 a.m. Tuesday, May 28, 14000 block East CR 100S, Akron. A caller reported a residential entry.
• 4:43 p.m. Monday, May 27, US 31 and East Olson Road, Rochester. A caller reported a reckless driver.
• 7:59 p.m. Sunday, May 26, 2300 block Main Street, Rochester. A caller reported the theft of a pig from a livestock trailer.
• 3:35 p.m. Sunday, May 26, 4200 block North CR 750W, Rochester. A caller reported five people on dirt bikes driving through people’s yards and the road.
• 10:57 a.m. Sunday, May 26, North US 31 and East CR 375N, Rochester. A caller reported a vehicle ran them off the road.
• 2:48 a.m. Sunday, May 26, East Division Road and North SR 14, Akron. A caller reported a horse in the roadway.
• 11:12 p.m. Saturday, May 25, North US 31 and East CR 375N, Rochester. A caller reported a vehicle driving south in the northbound lane.
• 8:29 p.m. Saturday, May 25, 6100 block North CR 475E, Rochester. A caller reported gunshots.
• 6:03 p.m. Saturday, May 25, US 31 and CR 400S, Rochester. A caller reported two vehicles driving at reckless speeds.
• 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 25, 1600 block Sweetgum Road, Rochester. A caller reported a theft from a vehicle.
• 8:01 a.m. Saturday, May 25, 1600 block Briar Lane, Rochester. A caller reported the theft of a gun from a vehicle.
• 11:31 p.m. Friday, May 24, 100 block East Rochester Street, Akron. A representative of Kristy’s Hometown Bar and Grill reported a theft. Two subjects were arrested.
• 3:15 p.m. Friday, May 24, West SR 14 and North SR 17, Kewanna. A caller reported a reckless driver.
• 9:34 a.m. Friday, May 24, 500 block West 12th Street, Rochester. A caller reported a fawn at a baseball diamond.
