‘Nature Explorers’ Features Speaker From Weather Service

WARSAW — The next “Nature Explorers” program offered by the Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will feature a guest speaker from the National Weather Service.
Guest speaker Rachel Cobb will take participants on a virtual field trip and experiment with a tornado machine.
Kids also will be offered a few hands-on activities and crafts they will be able to take home with them.
The program will take place from 2-3:30 p.m. Monday, June 10, in Cabin 4 at Lucerne Park, 800 N. Park Ave., Warsaw. The program is designed for children ages 8 and older. The cost is $8 per child, per session.
