Area Police Reports
Kosciusko County
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 9:45 a.m. Friday, June 14, 1300 block East CR 1150N, Milford. Brian Wuthrich reported damage to three fence post and a wire fence following a hit and run accident. Value: $900.
- 12:54 a.m. Friday, June 14, 3700 block of West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Elizabeth Aguilar had money, an Apple watch and jewelry stolen. Value of $4,700.
- 9:07 p.m. Thursday, June 13, County Farm Road, Claypool. Officers were called for a report of a sexual assault.
- 9:21 a.m. Thursday, June 13, 2700 block South Woodland Hills Drive East, Warsaw. Susan L. Schneidewent reported five in-ground lights vandalized.
- 2:46 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 7900 block CR 800N and CR 800W, Etna Green. Sheriff’s officers responded to an accident involving a tractor and a utility pole.
Silver Lake
Officers with the Silver Lake Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 12:44 p.m. Friday, June 14, 800 block North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Officers were called for a missing or lost person.
- 11:14 p.m. Friday, June 14, 100 block West Dixie Drive, Silver Lake. Officials with Dollar General reported the theft of money.
Fulton County
Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 6:58 a.m. Friday, June 14, 1200 block of North CR 1000E, Akron. Officers responded to a call that a man found a bag of marijuana in his car after he got it back from the auto shop.
- 6:51 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 700 block of South CR 900E, Akron. Caller said a stranger showed up at his house with a gun. When officers arrived the gunman was gone, but they searched for the gunman’s vehicle.
- 5:40 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 900 block of Fortna Drive, Rochester. Officers responded to a reported a theft.
