Mathew Garth Ambrose, 63, rural South Whitley, formerly of the Pierceton area, died unexpectedly Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at home.

He was born Dec. 1, 1960.

He is survived by a son, Brad Lee Ambrose, Auburn; a brother, Dennis Ambrose, Columbia City; and a sister, Victoria Harness, Columbia City.

Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Miller Chapel, South Whitley, is handling arrangements.
