Stephen Middaugh, 71, Churubusco, died Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

He was born Jan. 5, 1953. His wife, Marilyn (Wilson) Middaugh, whom he married May 25, 1974, survives.

He also is survived by his brother, Donald (Becky) Middaugh.
