Deborah Garman, known to most as Deb, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2024, in Warsaw. She was born on Oct. 14, 1961, in Warsaw and spent most of her lifetime in the area.

Deb graduated from Whitko High School with the Class of 1980. She was a caring mother and grandmother who cherished each of them equally. In her free time, Deb enjoyed simple hobbies and interests. She was a down-to-earth person who wouldn’t want “flowery” things said about her.

Surviving with memories to cherish are her husband of 45 years, Bud Garman; children, Eric Garman, Michael Garman and Kristina Garman; grandchildren, Caylob, Caytlin, Haley, Kamerynn, Kyla and Samantha; and mother, Nelva Rickman Hoene. In addition, she is survived by three great-grandchildren, Taylyn, Theory and Atlas. She was preceded in passing by her dad, Bill Hoene; two brothers, Bill and Rick Baisden; and by her grandparents.
