Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigate the following accidents:

• 5:45 p.m. Thursday, June 27, West Winona Avenue, at the intersection of South Logan Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Joseph H. Elliott, 48, Hickory Grove Road, Morrison, Tenn.; and Rachel N. Wright, 37, Bosworth Drive, Fort Wayne. Elliott’s vehicle rear-ended Wright’s. Damage up to $5,000.
• 12:16 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, South McKinley Street, at the intersection of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Christopher A. Polk, 47, North Bay Drive, Warsaw; and Austin L. Allen, 27, Sumac Lane, North Webster. Polk was traveling west on Jefferson Street and pulled into the path of Allen’s vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.

Elkhart County

Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 4:22 p.m. Thursday, June 27, SR 15 and CR 40, Goshen. Drivers: Osvaldo Rodriguez, 27, Warsaw; and Barbara S. Mast, 38, Goshen. Rodriguez’s vehicle was following Mast’s vehicle too closely and had a rear-end collision. Rodriguez was transported to Goshen General Hospital for a left arm/wrist injury. Mast and her unnamed front passenger were transported to Goshen General Hospital for complaints of neck, shoulder and right knee pain. Rodriguez was issued a citation for following too closely resulting in bodily injury.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 6:30 a.m. Thursday, June 27, South SR 17 and South CR 850W, Kewanna. Driver: Cynthia R. Hutchings, age and address unknown. Hit deer.
