Philip Levon Keirn, 75, rural Columbia City, died at 4:40 a.m. Sunday, June 30, 2024, at Ashton Creek Health and Rehabilitation, Fort Wayne.

He was born July 15, 1948. On Oct. 24, 1998, he married Nita Dianne Gaff, who survives.

He also is survived by a stepson, Todd Herenden, Bryan, Ohio; and two nephews.

Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City, is handling arrangements.
