Dear Editor,

“City Takes Step To Acquire Current Warsaw Chemical Site.”

This stinks to high heaven.

Why on Earth should the taxpayers pay over $6.5 million for a property worth only $1.6 million? The taxes in this city/county are outrageous enough. Sounds to me like the fix is in.
