Emanuel C. “Mann” Hoover, 86, Star City, died Friday, July 19, 2024, at Hickory Creek at Rochester.

He was born Sept. 14, 1937. On Aug. 25, 1972, he married Martha Lynn Small, who preceded him in death in 1992.

He is survived his brother, Fremont L. (Shirley) Hoover; brothers-in-law, Jim Small and Don Small; 16 nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
