Leo Edward Elshire, 88, Amboy, died at 10:50 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2024, at home.

He was born March 17, 1936, in Wabash. His wife, Rosalie Ann (Robertson) Amboy, whom he married Sept. 15, 1956, survives.

He also is survived by two sons, Denny (Bev) Elshire, Wabash, and Marty (Lou) Elshire, Amboy; one daughter, Marcy (Howard) Draving, Wabash; one brother, Tom (Sandy) Elshire, Wabash; one sister, Kristine (John) Graft, Garrett; five grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
