ANSWER: DAVID NEFF

Neff is executive director of Kosciusko Community Senior Services in Warsaw. He graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 1982. He helped run Neff’s Shortstop for years. He and his wife, Annalyn, reside in Warsaw.
