Connie Jean Howard-Bailey, 72, Hamlet, died Friday, Aug. 16, 2024, two weeks after an attack during a home invasion.

She was born Feb. 25, 1952. Her husband, Hank Bailey, survives.

She also is survived by her stepdaughter, Rosie Bailey, Hamlet; sons Thomas (Ann) Howard, Winamac, and Scott (Diana) Howard, Culver; sister, Beverly (Marc) Santicola, Pittsburgh; brother-in-law Buddy (Arlene) Bailey, Butler; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Frain Mortuary, Winamac, is handling arrangements.
