Sheila Kay Cook, 78, Columbia City, died unexpectedly Thursday, Aug. 15, 2024, at home.

She was born Jan. 28, 1946.

She is survived by her son, Michael (Amy) Cook, Columbia City; and two grandchildren.

Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City, is handling arrangements.
