Warsaw Schools Announces Continued SYM Financial Partnership, Upcoming Cheer Block Themes

WARSAW — Warsaw Community Schools is celebrating the third year of a partnership with SYM Financial Advisors, a collaboration that continues to spark school spirit at WCS.
For the third consecutive year, SYM Financial Advisors is covering the cost of all-sport passes for every ninth through 12th-grade student at Warsaw Community High School, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to participate in and support WCHS athletic events. Thanks to this partnership, the Warsaw Tiger cheer block, known as the “SYM Zone,” is full of energy and excitement.
The Cheer Block Leadership Team plays a crucial role in organizing the student body for various high school sports and games, especially in the SYM Zone. They plan theme nights, coordinate with the band and cheerleaders, and enhance communication among students for all sports teams.
The Cheer Block Leadership Team officers are:

- Aug. 30 at Warren Central: Tiger Gear
- Sept. 6 vs. Goshen: Toga
- Sept. 13 at Wawasee: Down on the Farm
- Sept. 20 at Concord: Jersey Night
- Sept. 27 vs. Plymouth (homecoming): Orange Out
- Oct. 4 vs. Mishawaka (senior night): Pink Out Night and Ribbon Walk
- Oct. 11 at NorthWood: Safari
- Oct. 18 at Northridge: Neon
- Nov. 1 sectional: Halloween costumes
