MILLERSBURG — The Indiana Department of Transportation recently announced the upcoming closure of SR 13 in Millersburg for railroad construction.

Starting on or after Aug. 27, Norfolk Southern will be working on their grade crossing between Lincoln Street/CR 42 and CR 44. Work is expected to last for about three days. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.

During the closure, drivers should use the approved detour of US 20, SR 5 and US 6, or seek an alternate route.

INDOT encourages drivers to consider safety for all by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
