Parts Of Winona Lake, Warsaw Under Boil Water Advisory

WINONA LAKE — Parts of Winona Lake and Warsaw are under a Boil Water Advisory.
According to a notification from Indiana American Water, crews are making emergency repairs due to issues at a remote site in the Winona Lake and Warsaw area. The issues began at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27.
Repairs are expected to be completed by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28.
As of 11 a.m. Tuesday, a Boil Water Advisory for affected customers is in effect for 24 hours. Any water to be used for drinking or cooking should be brought to a rolling boil for three minutes. Water is okay for bathing, washing, and other common uses.
Customers will be notified when the boil order has been lifted.
