Shearin “Sheri” Dale (Polk) Poor, 70, Plymouth, died Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2024, at home.

She was born Oct. 22, 1953. On Feb. 23, 1990, she married James Poor, who preceded her in death in 2019.

She is survived by her children, Denver (Eve) Cavins, Michael (Heather) Cavins, Deanna (Rick) Fox, James (Melanie) Poor, Victoria (Alex) Rosas, Correnia (Mike) Reeves and Angela (Phil Cullers) Poor; 17 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, with another on the way; her mother, Dorothy Carpenter; brother, Thomas (Kimberly) Polk; a nephew; and one great-niece.

Deaton-Clemens Van Gilder Funeral Home, Plymouth, is handling arrangements.
