Milford Woman Arrested For Stalking, Threatening Man

PIERCETON — A Milford woman was arrested for allegedly stalking and threatening a man.
Kelli Lynn Hobbs, 54, 1001 N. Old SR 15, Milford, is charged with stalking, a level 6 felony; and intimidation, a class A misdemeanor.
On Aug. 22, 2023, Pierceton’s town marshal spoke with a man at a residence. The man said he captured Hobbs on video surveillance placing tracking devices on three of his vehicles.
The marshal watched the footage, which showed Hobbs carrying a device in her left hand and reaching into an area where the tracking devices were located.
The man also said he received anonymous text messages from someone indicating they knew his location and what he was doing at various times. One of the messages was threatening in nature. The man said he did not receive the threats until he stopped communicating with Hobbs.
On Sept. 7, 2023, the marshal spoke with Hobbs, who admitted to placing tracking devices onto the man’s vehicles but denied sending threatening text messages.
In an interview with a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office detective on Aug. 22, 2024, Hobbs admitted to using an anonymous website to send threatening text messages to the man.
Hobbs has already been arrested and released on bond.
