SR 5 In Noble County To Close For Bridge Guardrail Work
News Release
NOBLE COUNTY — A portion of SR 5 will be closed for bridge guardrail work at Turkey Creek, according to a news release from the Indiana Department of Transportation.
Starting on or after Monday, Sept. 9, crews will be working on SR 5 between CR 100N and CR 1150W and CR 75S. The closure will be in place for approximately four days. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
During the closure, drivers should use the approved detour of US 33, SR 109 and US 30, or seek an alternative route.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider safety by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when traveling in and around work zones.
