Nightmare Factory To Open Friday the 13th
News Release
WABASH — The Nightmare Factory, a new haunted attraction at 200 Chestnut St., Wabash, will debut Friday, Sept. 13 and donate part of the proceeds to charity.
Starting Friday, Sept. 13, and running through Nov. 2, The Nightmare Factory will be open every Friday and Saturday. It is co-owned by two Warsaw families: Ashlee and Brian Ryman, and Charlie and Britni Daniels. All actors and actresses involved in the haunt are local to Warsaw and Wabash.
In addition to its grand opening, the Nightmare Factory will introduce its Give Back Weekends, a special initiative aimed at giving back to the community. On select weekends, a portion of ticket sales will be donated to local charities and organizations. Opening weekend will serve as a fundraiser for the United Fund of Wabash. The following fundraiser will be for Bikers Against Predators on Sept. 27-28.
The Nightmare Factory features three distinct attractions under one roof:
- Unit 713: A secret facility run by the sadistic Dr. Kane, where unspeakable tortures are inflicted upon its unfortunate patients.
- Macabre Manor: A chilling estate hidden in the woods, where those who enter risk becoming a permanent part of its haunting decor.
- Selfie Station: Visitors can confront their worst fears and capture the moment by taking selfies with cursed beings.
The haunted house also offers a concession area, live DJs, and concerts, including performances by the band Grave Robber.
Future attractions Lucifer’s Layer and Sirens of the Sea are expected to be added next year.
Tickets are available at the door or online through the Nightmare Factory’s website and Facebook page. Visitors can purchase tickets, view detailed attraction descriptions and stay updated on live music events on the website.
