GOSHEN — Community Pro-Education invites the community to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at Powerhouse Park, West Washington Street, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12.

The 4th annual heritage event celebrates the union of cultures, music, folk dances, Latin American food and live music.
