Goshen Community Schools Offer Virtual School Option
News Release
GOSHEN — Goshen Community Schools announces a nontraditional schooling opportunity with Chandler Virtual Academy.
Goshen Community Schools realizes most students find academic and social success best through a traditional in-person learning environment. It is important to our district that we also honor the many students who have unique situations or challenges that make finding success in a traditional educational system more difficult.
Recognizing students as individuals with unique characteristics and differing wants and needs, Goshen Community Schools has found that a virtual curriculum which offers a self-paced and differentiated approach to the specific needs of a student, can also be highly effective. It is particularly effective when paired with dynamic one-on-one or small group support components. Chandler Virtual Academy has a formula for success that will help meet the needs of non-traditional students.
Opportunities Include
Students benefit from the flexibility of an online learning program and the unique opportunities provided by Goshen Community Schools.
- Graduates will earn a Goshen High School diploma, that could include 9-12 diploma track for a General, Core 40, or Academic Honors diploma.
- Students are provided with a specific class time where they can receive one-on-one support as they engage in a high-quality curriculum.
