Yolanda Jean Leeke, 69, Bremen, died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024, at Cardinal Nursing Home, South Bend.

She was born Oct. 21, 1954.

She is survived by her sisters, Vicky Humphrey, Linda Spear, Joanne Leeke and Mary Leeke; brothers, Christopher Leeke and Timothy Leeke; a nephew; and a niece.

Palmer Funeral Home, Lakeville, is handling arrangements.
