Gary E. Yoder, 84, Rochester, died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024, at home.

He was born Feb. 4, 1940. On April 6, 1985, he married Paula Jean Helman, who survives.

He also is survived by seven children, Carrie (Kevin) Lambright, Shipshewana, Elaine Booth, Granger, Gary D. (Nona) Yoder, Topeka, Angela Kramer, Plymouth, Michele (Barry) Clemons, Macy, Michael (Dawn) Yoder, Kewanna, and Megan (Brent) Smith, Denver; 19 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Joan Hughes, Auburn, and James (Doris) Yoder, Newton, Kan.

Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, is handling arrangements.
