MILFORD — A Milford woman was arrested for allegedly battering a man.

Abigail Mae Graff, 28, 109 W. Emeline St., Milford, is charged with domestic battery committed in the presence of a child and domestic battery with a prior conviction, both level 6 felonies; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.

On Sept. 24, Milford Police officers responded to a domestic complaint. A man said he and Graff had a verbal altercation, which turned physical when Graff placed her hands around the man’s neck.

Officers noticed physical injuries to the man’s neck.

According to court documents, Graff told officers she did not grab the man’s throat but pushed him after he pushed her.

A child was present at the scene.

Graff was previously convicted of domestic battery in Elkhart County in September 2019.

Graff has already been arrested and released on bond.
