Nieveen Arrested For Allegedly Stealing Jewelry From Warsaw Walmart

WARSAW — A Warsaw woman was arrested for allegedly stealing jewelry from Walmart.
Kensey Lynn Nieveen, 31, 3926 E. Old Road 30, Warsaw, is charged with theft, a class A misdemeanor; and theft with a prior conviction, a level 6 felony.
On Aug. 26, a Warsaw Walmart employee reported a theft to law enforcement. Surveillance footage showed a woman, later identified as Nieveen, going to the store’s jewelry section.
According to court documents, footage showed Nieveen picking four pieces of jewelry, placing them in her purse, and leaving the store without purchasing the items.
When the employee confronted her, Nieveen removed the items from her purse and handed them to the employee before leaving the store.
On Aug. 28, a Warsaw Police officer issued Nieveen a trespass warning for Walmart.
Nieveen was previously convicted of theft with a prior conviction in Kosciusko County in May 2022. She was discharged from probation in that case in February 2024.
Nieveen has already been arrested and released on bond.
