Man and Woman of the Year awards are presented to a man and a woman who have resided in Kosciusko County, for no less than five years, and have made positive contributions to the quality of life in the county. The 2023 Woman of the year was Georgia Tenny, front left. The 2023 Man of the year was Dr. Terry White, front right.

WARSAW — The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce invites the public to nominate businesses or individuals for 2024 Chamber Awards.
The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce annually honors businesses and individuals for their significant role in driving Kosciusko’s business community and economic growth.
Nominations must be submitted by Friday, Nov. 22. Self nomination for business awards is encouraged. Award recipients must be current members of the Kosciusko Chamber.

Main Street Impact is awarded to a business or individual/business owner who has made a significant impact on Downtown Warsaw. Must be a member of both the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Warsaw. The 2023 recipient was Male Fashions.

Government Excellence is awarded to any official, either elected or appointed, who has performed a particular service or overall effectiveness in office on behalf of residents within Kosciusko County, is currently in and level of government office or has been out of office no more than two years (local, state or federal) and has demonstrated commitment to supporting business. The 2023 recipient was Representative Craig Snow.

Launchpad Family Friendly Business is awarded to a business that provides innovative and creative solutions to support their employees as they navigate through their family and/or child care needs. The 2023 recipient was POLYWOOD.

Community Development is presented to a Kosciusko Chamber member in recognition of their outstanding contribution to community development in Kosciusko County. This award will highlight innovative ideas that enhance and contribute to the forward progress of our community and those who support it. The 2023 recipient was Robinson Construction.

Young Adult Professional is awarded to a person who is 39 years or younger and is employed in Kosciusko County, has achieved success and excellence in their field before the age of 40, has demonstrated leadership, initiative and dedication in pursuing their careers and commitments outside of work. The 2023 recipient was Josh Silveus.

Rising Star is awarded to a business in operation for less than three years. This award celebrates Kosciusko County’s highest performing new companies and recognizes those that have exceeded initial targets for growth and financial performance; best demonstrated an understanding of their competitors, customers and the markets they operate in; and have the foundations in place for continued commercial success. The 2023 recipient was Lake City Gymnastics.

Making a Difference is awarded to a business, non-profit or service organization that has made a significant impact in Kosciusko County. This business should also support the Chamber through participation. The 2023 recipient was Wildman.

Business of the Year award lauds a Kosciusko Chamber member that has exhibited exemplary leadership, business growth and service to the community. The recipient will be recognized as a leader in the business community and as serving as positive example of business practices. The 2023 recipient was Zimmer Biomet.
