Marshall County Drug Task Force recovers dozens of stolen items

ARGOS — The Marshall County Drug Task Force recovered dozens of stolen items during an operation on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
On Tuesday, officers with the Marshall County Drug Task Force coordinated an operation with the assistance of the Laporte City Police Department, Marshall County Police and Argos Police in the 200-block of South Michigan Street in Argos. A search warrant was executed and dozens of stolen items taken from Laporte County were recovered. Officers also located suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia in the home.
Charles Gross, 44, Argos, was arrested and taken to the Laporte County Jail for theft as a Level 5 Felony. MCDTF will be submitting a report to the Marshall County Prosecutors Office for further charges.
